Those who were willing to share their reasons were almost uniform in their reason: It's no longer a good place to work due to management's new fixation on micro-managing staff and cutting corners on quality and staffing levels. Many of my favorite employees have left, including some who had worked there for many years. The Salish Room Buffet used to have SRO most nights of the week, now (due to price increases AND a serious drop in the food quality) it's a ghost town many nights. Their 'signature restaurant, Napoli's: Now, it's the only 'signature restaurant' I know of where guests place their order at a deli-counter, taken their drinks and silverware back to their table, and wait while seriously under-staffed employees scramble to provide some semblance of service. Poker: Out, the oops, better bring it back.
Bingo: Out, then oops, better bring it back.
Management has taken several missteps in the past few years and has been forced to reverse their field on numerous occasions which shows a pattern of errors in judgment. Changes at 7 Cedars compel me to revise my review of 2012: Unfortunately, these changes are NOT for the better!
